  • Duration: 2 days, 2 nights (Starts evening of Night 1, ends evening of Day 2)
Why Are We Here?

There have been some changes in the Senior Management team, and the critical relationship between Marketing and Sales needs to be improved.

The team meeting for setting annual business objectives and priorities is an ideal opportunity for accelerating the alignment, cohesion and performance of the team.

Meeting Objectives
  1. Discuss and agree key business objectives and priorities for the following year, with a specific focus on aligning the respective sales & marketing strategies, and their communication and coordination plan.
  2. “How We Work” as a team. Accelerate the integration of the new members of the team, with a specific focus on the coordination, communication and mutual support of the team members.
  3. Identify individual and team behaviours that are limiting performance, and those that help.
These objectives also include:
  • The definition of specific and measurable Action Plans and Roles & Responsibilities for agreed business objectives and priorities
  • The definition of practical and measurable Action Plans for individual behavioural changes.
Location/environment
  • La Arena – Infova’s 35 hectare estate and training centre– Villacastin – Segovia – 1hr from Madrid.
  • Situated in beautiful countryside, the team will have exclusive access to an environment which is unique, intimate, and indoor as well as outdoor.
  • Accommodation available in chalets and dormitories
Inspired Guests
  • Ex-Director of Marketing for a large multinational in the same sector, and now an independent consultant. He or she will have substantial experience in leading sales & marketing teams, and in developing new strategies. He/she will spend the first day and night with the team, and his/her primary role will be to help the team reflect on their current strategy and help them generate new ideas.
  • Ramón Martínez – expert & coach in Emotional Intelligence, and Director of Training for INFOVA. Ramón will be present throughout the meeting. He will guide the team through certain experiential exercises, will give feedback and co-facilitate the Action Planning sessions.
  • Guest Speakers:
    1. A Senior Board Member or Director of the Parent Company
    2. Luís Galindo – motivational speaker on Leadership & Motivation
Hosting & Facilitation
  • Robert Griffiths (Partner Dunlop & Brown, and a Director of INFOVA), and/or
  • Gonzalo Martínez de Miguel – Founder and MD of INFOVA.
Consolidation Activities
  • Depending on the team and its objectives, we will insert various experiential training activities between the working sessions. These activities will be outdoor and/or indoor, and will be designed to get the team to observe their behaviours when faced with specific challenges and situations, directly relevant to their project and objectives.
  • Other team-building activities such as preparing a gourmet dinner under the guidance of a professional chef, producing & recording a team song or short film will depend on budget and time available.
