A new Global Product Marketing Team led by Global Director of Consumer Propositions.

Team of 10 senior executives.

Objectives
  1. Resolve new team development issues.
  2. Establish team business priorities and values.
  3. Build personal commitment to each other.
Solution
2.5 day meeting using a yacht on the south coast of England. Yacht provided accommodation and “meeting space” for the team. Three “Inspired Guests” invited over course of the meeting: experts in creativity, project management, leadership.
Result
Highly memorable and influential kick off meeting.
