  1. “How We Work”. Review Management Team practises with a view to improve team cohesion and trust between team members.
  2. Agree specific Action Plans (both individually and as a Team) and Roles & Responsibilities.
Solution

2 day / 1 night meeting in INFOVA’s 35 hectare estate (La Arena) near Segovia, 1 hour north of Madrid.

Mixture of indoor & outdoor team experiential activities , workshops and feedback sessions.

  • Trainer & Coach specialised in Emotional Intelligence: Ricardo Gomez spent both days helping the team identify issues and behaviours that would limit their future performance.
  • Antarctic & Artic Explorer – Ramón Larramendi. Ramón and 2 companions are the only people so far to have crossed the Antarctic from one end to the other. Using their own design of catamaran-type sledges pulled by a sail, the preparation and execution of this great expedition is a tale with many lessons for any team, and Ramón is very effective at communicating them.
Results
All objectives met, highly memorable event, and team left with specific action plans.
