Depending on the objectives, we invite certain “Inspired Guests” into the team for part or all of the meeting, e.g.:

• A subject-matter expert with knowledge & experience relevant to the project.
• A coach &/or trainer to help the team develop or improve specific skills & behaviours required for the success of the project and the team’s performance.
• A motivational speaker, entertainer or guru who can help the team confront their challenges with different perspectives and attitudes, as well as fun.

D&B has arrangements with truly excellent people, from renowned "business gurus" and public figures to expert management development professionals and coaches. Knowledge experts are selected from respected organisations; others are included because of thier outstanding personal reputations. "Quality" is de rigeur and D&B will meet with all "Inspired guests" before introducing them to teams, which ensures there is always a fit between need and provision for that need.
