We are a partnership of diverse professionals with years of experience in managing and developing executive teams, and with a passion for learning.

Dunlop & Brown is based in the UK and Spain, but works all over Europe or wherever our customers take us.

In Spain we have a Joint Venture with INFOVA (Instituto de Formación Avanzada), one of Spain's most prestigious Training & Development companies, specialised in leadership, organizational and change management skills.

Their experiential and "learn-by-doing" methodology ties in perfectly with D&B's approach to developing High Performance Teams, and their exclusive 35 hectare estate and Director centre 1 hour north of Madrid is ideal for D&B type team meetings.

The two managing partners of Dunlop & Brown are Roderick Brown and Robert Griffiths. Each have over 20 years of experience leading teams and businesses in large multinational organizations: in sectors such as branded consumer, strategic consulting and banking. Roderick is based in London, and Robert in Madrid. Robert is also a Director of Infova.

Our third partner is Gonzalo Martinez de Miguel, the founder and Managing Director of INFOVA. Gonzalo has over 15 years of experience training executives in Spain, and has built up a company of approximately 33 full-time professionals who serve primarily Spain's multinationals and medium-large sized companies.
